  I am sure you all know what happens next. The mites prefer me, rarely bite son, husband never.
  
  It has been about 6 week painful horrendous weeks but I am slowly winning the battle. Luckily we had the resources to purchase and try many different things. Here is what wotreat.
  
  First of all, it took me a long time to realize they were in my purse, makeup, sunglasses, car – I replaced everything or soaked and sprayed. Wear earplugs and raincoat thoe jackets and pants to bed zipped up ober head. Keep hair im tight bun or cut short. Brush through with oil every day. Wash at least once a day, comb thoroughly.
  
  1. Throw our your personal items if possible. If not possible, bag and freeze or heat trear.
  
  2. Buy a pair of cheap rubber flip flops wear new pair daily.
  
  3. Lint roller
  
  4. Liberal amounts of Kleen Frew /Kleen Green.Premo Bug Guard in car, in shower, in every laundry load, sprayed on every outfit inside and out.
  
  5. Pull up carpet in house, get rid of drapea. Replace with vinyl plank, tile, stone. In car you must vigilantly spray every day with medicines spray/powder and enzyme cleaners every 1 to 2 days.
  
  6. Onslaught Fastcap professionally sprayed x 2
  
  7. Cimexa or Delta Dust sprinkled
  
  8. Bedbug cups on all legs of furniture and beds. Wrap mattresses and pillows in plastic tape ends shut overlapping with plastic. Thwn mattress protector iver plastic. When bugs gone remove plastic.
  
  9. You must treat your pets. Same thing frequent shampoos, dating, dipping, oile brushing. They will hate it.
  
  10. Enforce all members of ghosted old take twice daily showers shampoos wash clothes immediately and daily.
  
  11. Laundry and change shwets every single day.
  
  12. Cloth3s and sheets not fuzzy. Think spandex or raincoat.
  
  13. Air conditioner
  
  14. De humidifier
  
  15. Cedar oil in cloawts, sprays pets, in foggera even outside.
  
  16. Powerwash garage patios walkways
  
  REMOVE ALL BIRDS AND NESTS from area by any means necessary. Far away.
