NAD+ and Resveratrol

  For those not following the bird mites forums on facebook. Many users are reporting excellent results taking two vitamins – nicotinamide riboside + trans-resveratrol.
  
  nicotinamide riboside also known as NAD+
  trans-resveratrol has higher bioavailability than plain resveratrol
  
  Morning
  500mg NAD+
  500mg trans-resveratrol
  
  Evening
  500mg NAD+
  500mg trans-resveratrol
  
  You will notice an improvement after the first dose. It either kills the mites, strengthens the immune system to fight the mites or the mite no longer find you tasty. This does not clean your environment. For that Temprid-FX.
  
  All vitamins are available on Amazon or most stores like Walmart/Target. I personally buy powders on Aliexpress as they are cheaper.
  
  Still on the agenda for the environment is the grapefruit extract nootkatone. Should be good for spraying the bed. Have not tried. Activates octopine receptors in insect brains and vibrates them to death. Many sprays available but not on amazon. Google search nootkatone spray.
