Has your infestation cleared up? I am curious as we are one week in approximately. It took a couple days after the birds left the nest for me to realize what was happening. I had an exterminator there to spray inside and outside the following Monday as it was a weekend (longest most miserable weekend ever). I have been washing, vacuuming, laundering, etc daily and have not seen anything crawling for a few days now however I keep seeing the itty bitty spots randomly show up and then I take pictures and zoom in to see if they are mites and they usually are but seem to be dead. Today, however, is a particularly itchy day so now I am starting to wonder again. UGH. Anyway, I am curious how your battle has played out. Also, I am in MN and it was a robins nest. I dont know if that makes any difference or not. I am also worried about my dog and trying to keep a close eye on him.
